イオングループの恐るべき力

　私はイオンクレジットサービスのユーザなのですが、今日届いた今月のクレジット請求明細書の封筒に添付のような短冊が入っていました。

イオンクレジットカード株式会社のカード会員のみなさまへ

弊社、日本テレビ放送網は、昨年１２月２５日午後６時３０分からの「報道特捜プロジェクトスペシャル」の中で、
「イオンクレジットサービス株式会社」と全く関係のない『イオンクレジット』の名を使用したサギグループの実態を追求する特集を放送しました。

その中で、「イオンクレジット」を連呼したため、「イオンクレジットサービス株式会社」がサギグループであるかのような誤解が生じてしまいました。

カード会員さまをはじめ、関係者の皆様には、多大なご迷惑をおかけしたことを深くお詫びいたします。

この短冊をみていくつかのことを思いました。
まず、一つ目が共感です。私の勤める会社も一種のサービス業であり、こちらのミスである一定数以上のお客様にご迷惑をおかけすることがあります。その際同じように謝罪文を送付するのですが、文言をどうするかだとか発送のタイミング（問い合わせがくるので）、問い合わせ先をどうするかなどを検討します。ですので同じような議論がきっとあったのだろうなあと日本テレビの会議室を想像するのです。

次二つ目に、ジャスコ恐るべしです。イオンクレジットからの郵送物にもかかわらず、この謝罪文自体は日本テレビ放送網名義で出されています。これはイオン側から日本テレビに対して、謝罪文を同社名で同封することを迫ったと思われます。大スポンサーであるイオンを怒らせてしまったディレクターは減俸ですむのでしょうか？また、短冊一枚１円未満だとおもいますが、この費用をどちらが支払ったのかも気になります。

最後三つ目に、短冊の中身についての突っ込みどころです。まず一番目を引いたのは　”「イオンクレジット」を連呼したため”というくだりです。報道番組でサギグループの名前を連呼している姿を想像すると滑稽ですし、それほどまでに連呼しているのであれば、”そのまま名前つかっちゃ誤解をうんでまずいだろー”という判断があってしかるべきだと思います。番組はみていないので、イオンが大げさに連呼しすぎっ！！って怒っているだけというか農政もありますが。。。あと日本テレビからの謝罪文ということで、同局のガキの使いやあらへんでの番組内で美人女子西川史子に謝罪文を読み上げるヘイポーこと斉藤敏豪の姿を想像してしまい、なぜかニヤニヤしてしまいました。

ほかにも連絡先が入ってないのはなにか判断があってのことなのかとか、”カード会員さまをはじめ、関係者の皆様には”の関係者とは誰のことなのか？もしこれがイオンのことであれば顧客向けの文書にいれるのは、イオンの常識も疑うなどいろいろ思うところはあるのです。ただ、私の勤め先でもミスはありますし、再発防止をしっかりやることでお客さまの期待に答えようとしていると理解したいと思います。
